8th Grade Parent Informational Zoom Meeting

The Orchard Hills PTO, in partnership with the middle school administration, is excited to celebrate our Class of 2027 students as they approach their promotional milestone! To help families plan ahead, we are hosting an informational meeting to cover all upcoming promotional schedules, logistics, and student requirements.

Please join us for a live Zoom meeting on Monday, November 30 at 7:00 PM.

What We Will Cover:

Required Activity Contracts: Crucial behavior and participation steps needed before any event ticket purchases.
Class Memorabilia & Photos: Deadlines for the Class of 2027 T-shirts (January 15) and the upcoming group yearbook photo (February 19).
End-of-Year Celebrations: Detailed scheduling, ticket pricing, and safety guidelines for the Disneyland Trip (May 18), the official Promotion Ceremony (May 20), and the 8th Grade Promotion Party (May 27).

This meeting will provide valuable insight into budgeting, due dates, and volunteer opportunities to ensure a memorable experience for our eighth graders. The official Zoom access link will be distributed closer to the meeting date.
