Hello New and Returning HAWKS families!

Orchard Hills PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) is thrilled to welcome everyone back to for the 2025-2026 school year! Our aim is to create the best possible school environment for all OH students. The purpose of PTO is to connect families, schools, and communities by providing year-long programs and services.

By joining PTO and donating to OH180, our goal is to enhance the experiences of your child at Orchard Hills. Our PTO fall membership goal is $90,000 for both elementary and middle school combined. Your generous donations go directly towards providing valuable resources for important programs, such as:

These programs are not covered by State or District funds.

How can I make a difference? While PTO membership is voluntary, we encourage you to donate $180 per student (one dollar per school day). The goal of joining OH180 is to enhance the educational experiences of your student(s) at Orchard Hills. 100% of your donation goes directly towards providing resources for classrooms. Any donation amount will give you member voting rights for the PTO.

HOW TO DONATE TO OH180:

1. DONATE ONLINE: 
   -For returning members, please join on Orchard Hills PTO toolkit.
   -For new members, please create a login on OH PTO toolkit and donate online.
   **Please remember to update your student’s teacher name on the PTO website (Toolkit) as soon as your child is assigned a teacher or CORE teacher. Click here to update your student's information**
2. CASH/CHECK: Please make checks out to Orchard Hills PTO and complete a hard copy of the membership registration form and turn into front office.
3. ZELLE: Please Zelle to ptotreasurer@ohhawks.org and include your student(s) name and grade(s). Also complete a hard copy of the membership registration form and turn into front office or email ptomembership@ohhawks.org 

AS A TOKEN OF OUR APPRECIATION:

For every $180 donated, families will receive an Orchard Hills School Mini Tote.

Orchard Hills PTO is a Section 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and your contribution may qualify as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes.

Does your employer match your donation? We would appreciate it if you can check whether your company matches donations to their employees to double (or triple) your donation.
